We aim to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Partners: 

We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, UPS, DHL, and DPD to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:

- Netherlands & Belgium: 3–8 business days 

- Rest of the EU:  3–10 business days

- Rest of the World : 4-10 business days

Shipping Costs:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above €50. For orders below €50, a standard shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout).

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking code via email as soon as your package has been shipped. You can track your order in real-time to stay updated on the delivery status.

Currently, we ship to all EU countries, Australia & Canada. If you're outside the EU and would like to order, please contact us for options.
